Did you know that when people are properly aligned with their job according to their natural strengths they will typically produce 40% more results?  In his book, Good to Great, Jim Collins talks about the importance of getting the right people in the right seat on the bus.  What he didn’t provide was instructions on how to go about doing that.  During this session we will take an in depth look at a very practical approach to implementing Jim Collins advice of getting the right people in the right seats on the bus which will dramatically drive up performance and drive down turnover.
