Change and Resilience

This is a discussion about change in life, and people’s response to those changes.  Resilience is being able to adapt to life’s changes, misfortunes and setbacks.  What are some sources of resilience that are helpful in times of change?  What are some tips for improving our use of those resources?  As people working with folks who have had many adjustments to make, how can we be most helpful in making the best transitions possible.

Kathy Anderson, Community Relations Representative for Pathways Hospice.

Kathy worked for the Fort Collins Police Department for several years before changing her path and focus to other things.  She worked for a local, nationally known grief and loss expert before coming to Pathways Hospice over two years ago.  Kathy represents Pathways at Chamber of Commerce meetings, community organization, etc. and does education and outreach to clubs, churches and organizations
